Keeping it to the point. 10/10! I don’t leave reviews but this one warranted one. Called to inquire about an old computer I have, that sat unloved in a garage for 2 years. My question “do you sell the power cord this thing needs. I don’t even know if it will turn on”. Their response… “bring it right away, and we will see what happens” (is the jist of the convo). Not only did he have what I needed, he went beyond what I asked for and got to checking it over. He had somewhere important to be but he waited just long enough for me to stop by so he could help me. His prices? Well, I can’t speak for in depth work done, but he didn’t make be overdrawn! His price was more than fair! My computer is up and running and usable to the extent I needed! As for his personality.. he was kind, respectful, and genuine when he spoke. Let’s not overlook “generous with his time”. When I’m in need of computer help (and I assure you.. I will be) THIS is where I’m going. You’d be a fool to waste your time elsewhere. Signed, a fool that almost wasted her time going somewhere else first.

Ridgeline Computers is a great company for every computer need . I  was having issues with my business computer , I made a call and talked to Bo he helped me remotely and followed up. I have been using them ever since. He got me a new computer lap top  , it was set up and ready for me to use. It has been the best computer lap top  I've ever used . Had a great experience with the team over at Ridgeline. Gave them a call yesterday and brought my mini pc there due to having a Windows issue, the next day they called me and explained everything thoroughly of what was wrong and what was fixed and now my pc is running like it's brand new again. I have to give a huge shout out to Bo and Jared at Ridgeline Computer Solutions, LLC. My internet is always terrible ( yes... it is Comcast). We constantly lose service and it always seems so slow, even though I supposedly have the best plan they offer. I had Bo and Jared come do an evaluation of my internet speed/ connection, perform updates to my desk top and lap top computers, and then they offered a little gadget that provides my entire house and even the back yard with fantastic internet connection and speeds. I am thrilled with their service, knowledge, and friendliness. I would highly recommend them if you are in a similar situation. Just an FYI.... They offer even more computer services than I mentioned for both personal and business.

I have been using Ridgeline for two years now and am very happy with their service. They always answer the phone, call back when they say they will, fix the problem, and found the best way to upgrade our older computers at a very reasonable price. The prices on their new laptops are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable and patient. I have upgraded an older desktop computer, bought 2 new laptops, bought a new monitor and am really happy with all of them. They also transferred the data, pictures etc. from the old computers to the new one.  Consider them when  you need computer services. You will be very happy with the results!
