What should I bring with my computer?

  • For desktop computers simply bring the tower. 
    • Most desktop computers use a universal power cord called a C13/C14 cord and there is no need to bring this with you. 
    • However, if your desktop uses a different power supply you will need to bring this with your computer.
  • For laptop computers, bring the power supply.
  • If you are having trouble with an external device like an external hard drive, headphones, speakers, etc. bring the device(s) with you as well.

Most computer repairs will take only 1-2 business days; however, the actual time for a repair may vary if we need to order parts. Ridgeline also takes pride in being your trusted technology advisor meaning that if it is not cost-effective to repair your computer we will advise you of other options.
